Trademarks
Glyphon™ is a trademark of SigilArk (Catapult.io, LLC). U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 99706071, International Classes 9 and 42, published for opposition on August 18, 2026.
The application has not yet resulted in a registration. Publication for opposition opens a 30 day window during which a third party may oppose the application. Because the application was filed on an intent to use basis under Section 1(b), the remaining sequence is: the opposition period closes, a Notice of Allowance issues, a Statement of Use is filed and accepted, and only then does a registration issue. Until a registration certificate issues, the mark is identified with the trademark symbol, not the registered trademark symbol.
The application covers two International Classes, described as filed:
- Class 9: Downloadable computer software using artificial intelligence (AI) for coordinating and managing automated computing tasks across cloud computing platforms.
- Class 42: Artificial intelligence as a service (AIAAS) services featuring software using artificial intelligence (AI) for orchestrating automated software processes across multiple cloud computing platforms.
